This trip will take you to the Rockies of the Colorado Plateau, the unavoidable national parks: ‘Grand Tetons’ and ‘Yellowstone’, the world’s first national park created in 1872 and the "Wilderness" kingdom, the land of geysers and hot springs in an extremely protected environment with only Salt Lake City to the south.

Day 1
Arrive in Jackson Hole late afternoon. Check in to the hotel in the city center.
Day 2
Jackson Hole – Yellowstone National Park. Discover the great geysers of Yellowstone Park.

Day 3
Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River, the home of bison, grizzly bears and wolves
Day 4 -5
Yellowstone – Grand Teton National Park at the foot of the majestic Grand Tetons mountain chain, with its three characteristic peaks rising to over 4000m altitude.

Day 6
Jackson Hole – Salt Lake City
Day 7
Salt Lake City – Zion National Park landscapes of orangey-red sandstone, emerald pools and high cliffs
Day 8
Zion National Park: trek visiting the "musts" of Zion National Park: Angels Landing and the Narrows.
Day 9
Springdale – Bryce Canyon: its colorful monoliths. |

Day 10
Morning stroll to watch the sunrise over Bryce Canyon at Sunrise Point and Capitol Reef via Boulder, taking the amazing Burr Trail.
Day 11
Trek of your choice along the Grand Wash, Cassidy Arch and Frying Pan Trails, and descent through the Cohab Canyon
Day 12-13
Capitol Reef – Canyonlands National Park
Day 14
Arches National Park: the kingdom of natural sandstone arches (there are nearly 2000!).
Day 15
Crossing the Colorado River Road then taking the White Canyon route to Monument Valley, Navajo Indian territory
Day 16
Page / Lake Powell
Day 17
Grand Canyon. Walk along the high path on the south bank of the Grand Canyon until sunset.
Day 18
Grand Canyon: sublime descent of the South Kaibab Trail. Crossing to the Indian Garden oasis and continuing along a level path to Plateau Point.
Day 19
Tusayan – Las Vegas by Seligman, historic capital of the famous Route 66.
Day 20
Return flight
